One of the city's last remaining movie palaces, the Parkway Theatre stands a testament to Baltimore's unique cinematic history.

In 2017, the building will reopen as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Parkway Film Center (SNF Parkway) and will be the home of the Maryland Film Festival.

Maryland Film Festival is excited to announce upcoming tour dates of the Parkway Theatre, which celebrated its centennial last month. As one of three screens in the SNF Parkway Film Center, the Parkway's exterior will be restored to what the building looked like when it opened in 1915 and the interior will highlight the building's beautiful Italian Renaissance and Beaux-arts inspired design.

These are some of the final opportunities to see the building before construction begins in the coming weeks. Do not miss this chance to explore one of Baltimore's architectural treasures and learn more about the building's future as the SNF Parkway Film Center. Registration is required and spaces are limited, so sign up today!  All tours will begin promptly at 5:30pm in front of the Parkway Theatre and will last 30 to 45 minutes.
